Last Week Success Story: Better Resolution for a Complaint to ICCRC
Mr. Gertler recently represented an RCIC member who had a complaint made against them by a former client. In that complaint the client had made allegations that the RCIC member did not properly represent him and that the RCIC member had lied about the services which were provided. ICCRC counsel as well as the disciplinary committee was seeking to have the RCIC member’s license revoked stating that the member had breached ICCRC code of ethics. Through long negotiations Mr. Gertler was able to obtain a much better resolution in which the RCIC member was able to keep his license and to continue to practice as a consultant.
