Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program Updates
On August 2, 2016, there have been Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program Updates concerning the requirements for Employer Applications. In particular, the period of active business employment was increased to three years for employer applications.
Currently employers have to prove being actively involved in business. Before submitting documents for OINP this period should be at least 3 years. Active business is determined by corporations, limited partnerships, sole proprietorships and recently merged corporations (you can find requirements for the latter type here.)
